Sales Director

Director of Sales DACH - (Remote within Germany) - Frequent Travel across DACHWe’re seeking a Director of Sales – DACH to drive growth and strategic expansion. This senior leadership role focuses on building relationships with hardware OEMs and enterprise customers in the industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, helping to deliver cutting-edge Edge AI and computer vision solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a DACH-focused sales strategy targeting hardware OEMs and enterprise clients.Own sales performance across the region, driving pipeline growth, recurring revenue, and market share.Manage and expand relationships with major OEMs and enterprise accounts.Identify and build partnerships with system integrators, alliances, and channel partners.Lead and mentor regional sales resources, establishing a high-performance culture.Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across the DACH region.Collaborate with global product, marketing, and engineering teams to align on go-to-market strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar).10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales or business development within high-tech industries (ideally Edge AI, computer vision, or embedded systems).Proven success working with OEMs, industrial clients, and channel partners in DACH.Strong track record of developing regional sales strategies and exceeding targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluency in German and English.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.In accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in Germany at the time of application.
