Exclases group, as subsidiary of Loyd’s Aviation Group (one of the largest business aviation groups in Europe and the CIS, leading Gulfstream representative) is a major distributor of Leonardo Helicopters (formerly AgustaWestland). The Group is now seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead Leonardo Helicopters sales in Azerbaijan. The role involves developing the market, identifying and engaging key clients, and managing the full sales process across both governmental and private sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential helicopter customers in Azerbaijan’s corporate, private, and state sectors.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key industry stakeholders.Establish and manage communication channels with influential individuals and institutions.Plan and execute BTL marketing and promotional activities to expand market presence.Conduct direct client engagement to understand operational needs and prepare tailored commercial offers.Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle through contract conclusion.Coordinate closely with Exclases and the wider Loyd’s Aviation Group team on sales strategy and client support.Requirements3-5 years of proven experience in aviation sales or related services (maintenance, ground handling, operator services, etc.).Experience in aircraft or helicopter sales is preferred but not mandatory.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Charismatic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building ability.Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.Fluent in English and Russian Location: Baku Azerbaijan
