Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director & Managing Director (Malaysia; supporting Singapore & the Philippines) to lead our Electronics & Semiconductor business growth across Malaysia and Singapore & the Philippines while overseeing our Malaysia entity. This role combines commercial leadership, business development, and country management, driving both strategic sales execution and organizational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Sales DirectorResponsible for directing our Electronics sales activities in Malaysia and Singapore.Apply your knowledge of the market, finance, business and our company’s product/service to discover our company’s possibilities.Identify the opportunities and prepare the forecast for readying our company’s resources to grow our business.Develop sales strategies to manage our customers in the international market.Communicate between local organizations and corporate functions for optimize our sales performance and maximize our profitability.Managing DirectorLead Malaysia management team toward MKS worldwide objectives of innovation, operational excellence and employee engagement.Coordinate cross functional collaboration to implement company’s plan in various aspects of investing in talent development, healthy local market/government relationship, business continuous growth.Facilitate the compliance with local law, company rules and safety standards.Encourage a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and transparency in our working environment.Requirement:Work in a dynamic market, matrix organization and multinational environment.Have growth mindset to continue learning for taking lead on issue, making tough decisions and delivering sales result.People-oriented for being able to establish rapport with employees, motive employees and obtain their trust.
