By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.We are currently seeking a Commercial Director in Angola to lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth for our logistics operations in the country, with a strong focus on trucking and inland transportation.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Angola, with emphasis on inland distribution.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in FTL, LTL, cross-border, and contract transportation services.Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Leading the business development and key account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Owning the commercial P&L for the trucking segment and driving consistent top-line and margin performance.Supporting fleet optimization and long-term asset planning.Representing Noatum Logistics at trade events, industry forums, and government engagements.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 10 years of commercial/business development experience in the logistics industry.At least 5 years in a commercial leadership role, ideally with trucking operations experience in Angola.Proven track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and P&L management.Strong understanding of Angola’s transport and logistics market, including regulatory and operational dynamics.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.Fluency in Portuguese is essential; English is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer:A strategic leadership role within a growing international organization.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A collaborative and performance-driven culture.The chance to shape the future of logistics in Angola.Permanent contract.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategiesPrepare operational and financial sales department reportsOversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales teamDirectly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitabilityQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' of sales leadership experience5+ years' of experience in salesStrong leadership skillsAt Noatum Logistics, we guarantee equal opportunities and non-discrimination based on sex, gender, race, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation in our selection processes.
