DescriptionOnebeat is focused on growing its presence in the U.S. market, and we’re seeking a hands-on Sales Director to lead that effort.This is an individual contributor role- you will directly own sales activities, develop customer relationships, and position Onebeat as the trusted partner for retailers nationwide.What You Will DoExecute Onebeat’s direct sales strategy in the U.S. retail sector.Prospect, develop, and close new business with mid-market and enterprise retailers.Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end—from pipeline creation through negotiation and closing.Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior retail decision-makers.Partner with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions fit U.S. market needs.RequirementsProven success launching and growing a new territory through direct salesexperience in retail solutions, data-driven products, or SaaS startups preferred.Track record of selling directly to mid-market and enterprise retailers.Demonstrated success as an individual contributor, personally driving revenue and closing deals.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable as the first hire in-region and building from the ground up.Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.Consistently exceeded direct sales targets, with the ambition and capability to take on future leadership as the company grows.
