Our diverse backgrounds make Prospecta an exhilarating place to work, bringing a rich tapestry of perspectives and ideas.Job Description of Sales Director:Position: Sales Director (ANZ)Location: Chatswood, Sydney, AustraliaRole Summary: The Sales Director (ANZ) will drive new business growth for Prospecta’s enterprise software solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing subscription-based revenue opportunities, expanding Prospecta’s footprint across key accounts, and building strong executive relationships within customer and partner ecosystems (including SAP and strategic service partners).This is a hunter role focused on pipeline creation and deal closure. The position requires extensive customer engagement, with travel up to 50% or more, depending on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and expansion within assigned accounts and territories.Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each account, mapping customer priorities to Prospecta’s value proposition.Build and maintain executive-level relationships (up to CXO level) with customers and partners.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, discovery, and demonstrations to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success to deliver holistic account strategies.Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities and pipeline health.Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving license and subscription growth.Promote Prospecta’s solutions, elevate brand visibility, and share customer success stories in the region.Provide structured customer and market feedback to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.Must have:10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, including a strong track record of hunting and closing new business.Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling in complex B2B environments.Experience selling to enterprise decision-makers, including CXO-level stakeholders.Strong grasp of sales process discipline, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.Knowledge of data quality, data governance, supply chain, ERP, or business intelligence solutions.Skilled in negotiation, business acumen, presentations, and financial justification of value.Hands-on, driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a global, matrixed organization.Good to haveFamiliarity with the SAP ecosystem and associated partner network.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into executable actions.Passionate about customer success, advocacy, and long-term relationship building.Comfortable using modern sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce) for pipeline generation and management.Growth Path: At Prospecta, your career journey is one of growth and opportunity.
