This role is all about driving excellence in customer conversations — helping our reps connect, communicate, and convert more effectively.As Sales Enablement Coach, you’ll be the heartbeat of our coaching culture. You’ll listen to calls, deliver actionable feedback, and run impactful training sessions that sharpen skills and boost results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to ensure every rep is equipped to succeed.Department Sales Employment Type Full Time Location Fully Remote Workplace type Fully remote Compensation £35,000 - £40,000 / year Reporting To Sales Enablement ManagerWhat's the situation?The Role in Three Bullets Coach for performance: Deliver high-impact call coaching across our sales teams in line with coaching frameworks, helping reps improve objection handling, messaging, tone, and conversion. Build a culture of continuous improvement: Create feedback loops, run workshops, and embed best practices that drive consistent growth in call quality and outcomes across the UK and US Sales Teams. Partner across the business: Work closely with Sales, Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to align coaching with strategy, and performance goals. What We Think Makes a Great Sales Enablement CoachWe expect top candidates to have experience in the following areas:Experience coaching sales teams in a fast-paced environment A sharp ear for sales conversations — you know what great sounds like and how to get the best out of sales representatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can deliver feedback that motivates and improves performance. Familiarity with call coaching tools and performance metrics A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership and enablement A passion for helping others grow and succeed. You’ll be expected to lead from the front — listening to high volumes of calls, provide prompt feedback and engaging coaching, as well as strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
