Job Description

The Sales Engineer for our glass facade factory will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and technical project requirements, focusing on identifying business opportunities, providing technical expertise, and managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the construction, architectural, and contracting sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and developers, to ensure the company's products are specified in project designs and tender documents.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to explain product features and benefits to clients.Review and interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documents. Collaborate  with the estimation and design teams to prepare detailed, competitive quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.Ensure seamless coordination between the design, engineering, production, and installation teams to meet customer needs and project deadlines.Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor project progress to ensure successful product delivery and installation.Provide post-sales technical assistance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues with product usage. Essential Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the aluminum and glass facade industry.Deep technical understanding of facade systems, structural glazing, curtain walls, aluminum profiles, and installation methods.Familiarity with MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD or facade design software is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as often as necessary
