Sales Engineer

Al Amal Al Sarea Sports Solutions, part of the AAIF Group, is hiring a Sales Engineer experienced in sports infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong commercial and client management skills to drive business growth within the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients in the sports construction sector.Identify new business opportunities and prepare customized proposals and quotations.Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and follow-up on ongoing projects.Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure project alignment.Achieve sales targets and maintain consistent communication with management.RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Engineer in sports infrastructure or construction.Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English.Knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawings is an advantage.Must be based in the UAE and willing to work on-site in Ajman.What We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive commission.Company accommodation in Ajman for mens .Supportive, professional environment with real growth opportunities.
