Apply now!ResponsibilitiesReporting to the AXS Country Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets in the X-ray analytical instruments market Identify and develop new business opportunities; follow up on marketing leads Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively highlight value propositions Ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining sustainable business results Collaborate with application, service, and marketing teams to provide comprehensive customer support Engage in marketing initiatives, including workshops, user trainings, and conferences Conduct all business activities with integrity and in full compliance with Bruker’s Code of Conduct QualificationsTo be successful for this position, you will possess: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering Minimum 3 years of sales experience with X-ray analytical instruments (XRD, XRF, or XRM), or equivalent experience in analytical instrumentation Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills Collaborative team player with effective cross-functional communication Working proficiency in Korean and English, capable of preparing business documents and communicating in global meetings Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred Experience with public tenders, including PPS bidding process preferred Bruker is an equal-opportunity employer.
