Our products serve a wide range of industries — including personal care, household care, coatings, pharmaceuticals, construction, textiles, and agrochemicals.🚀 The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Thailand. This role combines technical expertise and commercial insight to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and promote innovative surfactant solutions. You’ll work closely with customers and internal R&D teams to deliver tailored chemical solutions that meet evolving market needs.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the company’s market presence within the assigned region.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.Promote and support the company’s product portfolio through strong technical engagement.Identify customer challenges and collaborate with R&D teams to develop customized solutions.Serve as a bridge between customers, sales, and R&D teams to ensure smooth project execution.Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account and market development.🧪 What We’re Looking ForProduct Knowledge:Strong understanding of surfactants, particularly non-ionic surfactants and alkoxylates.Market Expertise:Core experience in Home & Personal Care (primary market).Additional exposure to Agrochemicals, Textiles, or Coatings.Familiarity with Oil Field Chemicals is an advantage.Industry Awareness:Awareness of local market competitors and global players🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in the chemical or surfactants industry.R&D/Technical Support background: ≥ 2 years R&D experienceSales background: ≥ 3 years technical sales experienceStrong technical foundation in surfactant process technologies.Proven ability to manage and grow key customer relationships (MNCs and local clients).Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
