We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to enhance industrial automation and efficiency.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Surabaya coverage East Java - Central Java area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and offering solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include presentation, product demonstrations, assisting in the design of custom solutions, and collaborating with the marketing team to managed customer database. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service abilitiesExperience in Sales and a proactive sales approachStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand technical productsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
