The role involves sales, solution sales, tendering, and customer relationship management to achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectivesKey Accountabilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for Elsewedy structured cabling / passive network infrastructure solutions (fibre optic, copper cabling, racks, cabinets, patch panels, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users in the UAE and Oman marketPrepare technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs and projects.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and partners.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the low-current and ELV sectors.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports to managementJob Description:Develop and implement comprehensive and regional sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Structured cabling solutions in UAE. Generating leads and pipeline development. Ensuring technical and commercial support to the customers.Establish distribution channels in the region along with rebate programs, marketing collaterals and other activities to raise awareness and close deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for major customers, addressing their needs, and providing technical & commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive the company's pre-qualification process with target customers (End users, Consultants, and System Integrators) as required.Arrange, initiate, and execute customer promotion campaigns, POCs, and demos in collaboration with technical support and services teams.Job Requirements:7-10+ years of relevant experience, with telecom operators, wholesale operators, ICT Distributors, or system integrators.Proven strong negotiation and communication skills.Knowledge of contractual terms & conditions is good to have.
