Headquartered in Germany, Everllence employs around 15,000 people across more than 140 sites worldwideEverllence has a vacancy for an immediate start in Senegal within the HR division for the position of Human Resources Business PartnerKey ResponsibilitiesDay to day HR responsibilities (contract management, payroll processing, employee queries, etc)A dvertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and shortlisting applicants.Coordinate and conduct interviews and assist with offer letters & contractsParticipate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.Support with amending/updating policies and procedures.recruitment efforts for students and temporary employees.Handling new employee orientations and monitoring the career-pathing program.Coordinate virtual training sessions for employees.Ensure competence and qualifications of the workforce by suggesting training & development initiatives according to business needs.Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as necessary.Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department concerning established goals, and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.Maintain human resource information, records, and compile reports from the data as necessaryRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field4–6 years of Generalist HR experienceStrong understanding of Senegalese labour lawsExperience with payroll administration and HR systemsExcellent communication skills (French & English)Ability to work remotely and manage tasks across different time zones Contact us That Is Important To Us:Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture. Our after sales brand, PrimeServ offers a vast network of service centers to our customers all over the world. We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:Definition of the target order intake/turnover for the assigned region and product range.Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue, customer visits), follow up on open paymentsWin new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditionsBuild customer relationships from prospecting to closingNegotiate/approve contracts and service agreementsDevelop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budgetRegional coordination between customers and headquartersCollect & communicate market intelligence / competitors’ activities, project opportunitiesPerforming in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiencyTo comply with the Company Code of ConductTo provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely mannerTo undertake such other tasks that may be reasonably requiredTo adhere to all Company processes and proceduresTo enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interestsTo be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partnerQuarterly Business Review / Reporting in a structured and professional mannerYou Can Help Us With These Qualifications:Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientationExcellent skills set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design,Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local marketSound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding.Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environmentAbility to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrityDetailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levelsSeasoned sales / marketing experience with 2 to 5 years of related experience, preferably in the Heavy Equipment Manufacturing / Machines, High Speed, Mines & Industries, marineDemonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional marketFluency in English and FrenchMechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
