Sales Engineer

Description:· Identify, Manage and Work Closely with Robotic Integrators and System Integrators who can benefit from deploying Robots with Force Control & AI solutions. · Understand and Present the benefits of using Force Control Robots and our AI technology either on the customer's site or remotely (web conferencing).· Visit customers' sites to understand their requirements and work with Robotic Integrators and System Integrators for Total solutions with Flexiv Robotic Products.· Work with the internal Flexiv Robotics Application Engineer team for supporting and enabling Robotic Integrators and System Integrators to win deals and projects.· Maintain and Manage a healthy Sales and Opportunities Pipeline to meet Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target set.· Manage the entire sales process from proposal, quote, PO, transport, installation, and training with support from the responsible team at Flexiv.· Timely Follow up and frequent meet and communicate with customers to ensure the customers are updated with Flexiv Robotic Products and win repeat orders.· Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.· Regular reporting and communicating and updating with Hiring Manager.                                                                                    · Travelling to assigned countries as required.Requirements:· Degree in Business or Engineering.· 5-8 years of automation and/or robotics experience preferred.· 5-8 years of Sales experience directly to Integrators/End customers preferred.· Experience and good network with Robotic Integrators and System Integrators preferred.                                                                                                                     · Passionate about Robotics and with Great Personality and Attitute for customers and colleagues.If you are interested in our position, please contact us with your resume to yufeng.he@flexiv.com
