In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.Job DescriptionIdentify and target new business opportunities in the sheet metal parts, turning, and milling market segments.Utilize technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, CNC turning, and milling processes to provide tailored solutions to customers.Drive business growth by expanding the customer base, penetrating new markets and increasing sales volumes with existing accounts.Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion.Travel within the territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in sales-related activities as required.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sheet metal, turning, and milling processes.Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.Professional Experience & Skills Desired To HaveBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery related to sheet metal fabrication, CNC turning, and milling.Strong Expertise in sales Engineering with a focus on machining industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.You are fluent in commercial and technical English, German is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
