Building a sustainable future, today.Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in Medan areaKey Activities:Promote and sell John Crane Products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations.Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer accountPresenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationshipProvide training program for all customers in area.Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application EngineeringDevelop/Maintain contracts with customers in the form of inventory management, service and reliability.Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelinesActively involvement in the delivery of goods, invoicing and collections on payment from the customers.Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.Actively promote positive safety culture.Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:Compliance to work instructions.Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or auditOther duties as assigned.ExperienceMin 3 years’ experience in similar capacityTechnical SkillsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment, knowledge of mechanical sealsPeople SkillsAbility to effectively manage and communicate in both written and spoken English
