Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients, conducting on-site visits, and developing strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of our offered products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and persuasive way. Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across target markets.Conduct on-site visits and meetings to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.Develop a technical understanding of the company’s products and services.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.Manage and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.Maintain long-term relationships with clients and support them throughout the sales cycle.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Naval Electrical) or equivalent technical background.>5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Offered:Competitive salary package (fixed salary + sales bonus).Development prospects in a growing technical organization.Continuous support and training
