The company specialises in the sale, design, and service of bespoke process systems, delivering high-quality engineered solutions tailored to customer requirements.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Engineer / Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established and growing organisation. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand their process requirements, develop bespoke solutions, and prepare accurate quotations in collaboration with the internal engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with customers to define technical requirements and develop tailored process equipment solutions.Prepare and issue quotations, cost estimates, and technical proposals in line with customer specifications.Collaborate closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure designs meet performance and compliance standards.Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to project delivery, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.Provide technical support and product knowledge on process equipment, pumps, valves, and related mechanical systems.Identify new business opportunities and contribute to ongoing sales growth.Candidate RequirementsRelevant technical or engineering qualification (Mechanical Engineering or related discipline).Experience working with process equipment, including pumps, valves, and associated mechanical systems is an advantageProven experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, Experience in at least one of the following; sales, estimating, or design.Strong commercial and technical understanding of process industry applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage sectors.Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong career development potential.Involvement in technically challenging and innovative projects.
