Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in the Hanoi Capital Region, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, supporting sales manager with technical translation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skillsExperience in providing Customer ServiceStrong Communication skills in VietnameseAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or related fieldPrevious experience in the bulk material handling industry is a plusProven problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong command of English; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage
