Roles and responsibilities:Direct Sales of Replacement HVAC Heat Exchangers within KSAIdentifying, marketing and adding new accounts from below mentioned target audiencea) Property Managements, Government Entities, Real-estate companies & End usersb) FM, HVAC Maintenance & Service Contractors.c) OEM’s & Banksd) Hotels & MallsGenerating enquiries for anticorrosive coating from the following target audiencea) OEM’s & MEP contractorsb) Project Consultants and ClientsTravel & meet customers within KSABranding & Market PenetrationRelationship Marketing, Key Account Management & Business DevelopmentGenerating enquires and issuance of quotations for heat exchangers and anticorrosive coatingMaking technical presentation and convincing customers that our products meet their needsMeeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the managementPrice negotiation and ensuring the receipt of the order andAchieving monthly sales targetCoordinating with production department for timely delivery of the material on sitePayment follow-ups & debtors collectionPreparing weekly visit reportsCollecting market feedback about the product supplied and looking into customer satisfaction and complaintsMust have skills:Mechanical Engineering background2+ years of exp. as a Sales Engineer in the HVAC industry; preferably in Services Sales or AMC SalesGood understanding of Saudi market and rolodex of clientsWillingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
