You will be expected to be in the office in Jevnaker, 1 day per weekJob Overview:As a Sales Engineer at PCB Connect, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships across our diverse international client base with a specific focus on Norway. Your responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your proactive approach to sales and exceptional communication skills will contribute to the success and growth of PCB Connect.Responsibilities:Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.Client Needs Analysis: Understand the specific requirements and objectives of each client to provide tailored PCB solutions.Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the client portfolio.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on PCB Connect's product offerings, features, and industry trends.Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.CRM maintenance: Ensure the CRM is always up to date so that the whole company can optimally service the customers.Qualifications:Familiarity with PCBs and the electronics industry for the experienced role.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and provide feedback on how to improve the sales process.Driving licenceNative Norwegian and excellent English as the company's working language is English.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic and inclusive work environment.We encourage applicants from under-represented groups to apply. PCB Connect is organized as a corporate group, PCB Connect Holding AB and 11 other companies spread over 18 different countries, employing around 130 people with a turnover of around 500 million Swedish Krone.A note on our recruitment process:We want it to be relatively quick, so HR is screening applicants every other day and will notify the Norway Lead of suitable applicants. Norway Lead will then do a phone interview usually within a few days. If the applicant is successful at the phone interview it will be followed up by a video interview with the Norway Lead, CEO and perhaps HR again usually within a few days – subject to getting everyone’s availability. If it’s all good then a conditional offer subject to references will be sent out to the candidate.
