Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our talented team at PT BICC BERCA Cables' in Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our industry-leading cables and electrical products to new and existing customers. As a key member of our sales force, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure our clients' needs are met.Job requirement:Bachelor's degree in engineering preferredHave your own vehicle, at least a 2-wheeled vehicle5 years experience in electrical salesPreferably have experience in a manufacturing companyAble to prepare strategic planning and monthly and annual reportsAble to carry out promotional and branding programsHave good communication, negotiation and presentation skillsHave loyalty, reliability, work enthusiasm and discipline.Have the ability to collaborate / team workJob description:Follow up and respond to requests for price quotes from prospective customersProvide information on the progress of each order currently in progress with customers to superiorsCarry out promotions and presentations to potential customersConduct analysis and look for order opportunities on new projectsProvide regular (weekly) activity reports to superiorsPrepare the implementation of tender preparationsObtain orders according to the Business Plan that has been createdResolve or mediate customer complaints quicklyPlan and evaluate SOP and WI for Sales & Marketing.Establish and foster good relationships between the Company and CustomersIf you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply now.
