Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer & Solution Architect to act as the technical cornerstone of our sales process. This is a hybrid role for someone with a strong technical mindset and a passion for building customer relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' deepest technical needs and architecting the perfect-fit solutions that drive both their success and our growth.You will not just be selling a set of solutions; you will be a trusted advisor, designing and quantifying innovative solutions for new projects and identifying strategic upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.What you will doArchitect & design solutions: Collaborate closely with (mainly) prospective and existing clients to analyze their business requirements, then design and propose robust, scalable technical solutions.Drive technical sales: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value and feasibility of our offerings.Qualify and quantify opportunities: Meticulously qualify business opportunities from a technical perspective, and build compelling business cases by quantifying the ROI and impact of your proposed solutions.Build & nurture relationships: Act as the primary technical liaison for key accounts, building trust and rapport with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.Develop sales & growth strategies: Partner with the sales team to develop effective strategies for penetrating new accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow existing ones.Be the voice of the customer: Funnel critical customer feedback back to our Product and Engineering teams to help shape the future of our product roadmap.What you bringMust-Have:Proactivity!Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar field.Proven ability to design and architect technical solutions to meet business needs.A solid technical foundation in programming, artificial intelligence and data engineering / analytics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Nice-to-Have:Previous experience in a closing or quota-carrying roleStrong negotiation skills and business acumenExperience working in the manufacturing industryA proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for problem-solvingWhy Join Us?Fast growing and young environmentThe opportunity to work with a talented team and cutting-edge technologyFlexible working arrangementsA culture of learning and professional developmentBe the key to expedite the growth and let LAIF scale!
