About the role: As they embark on their Asia growth story, they are now looking for a solutions engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and sales, someone who speaks both the language of engineers and business. Working hand-in-hand with their enterprise customers and global sales team, your responsibilities will include:Partnering with enterprise AI and ML teams to understand their goals and design tailored solutions using their platform.Delivering compelling product demos that clearly articulate technical and business value.Leading proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution workshops that help clients experience their solutions firsthand.Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices for ML, GenAI, and observability.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive expansion opportunities and influence roadmap direction.Qualifications: You should ideally have a background in data science, machine learning, or solutions engineering in the area of ML/GenAI , and experienced in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Consultant).Strong grasp of ML/LLM frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy).Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent communication skills — you are able to simplify technical concepts and engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders.A consultative mindset — you listen first, then design solutions that align technical fit with business impact.Technically, you should have prior experience demoing or implementing AI/ML platforms, and some exposure to Kubernetes and scalable production systems.If you are looking to be part of a fast-growing company that is shaping how the world’s most advanced AI teams measure, manage, and scale their impact, and build the future of AI reliability together, write to us for a confidential discussion.
