About this Position This role is responsible for executing territory sales plans, managing key accounts and distributors, and developing new business opportunities with a value selling approach. You will build and convert a strong project pipeline, conduct market analysis, and align with regional and global teams while ensuring sustainable growth in the North Marmara Region.What You´ll Do Execute Adhesive Technologies territory sales plans and forecasts in line with regional SU plans (short, mid & long term) and tactics to capture customersCoordinating existing sales activities for responsible customer portfolio in North Marmara RegionMaximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible areaHandle Direct Key accounts and manage them effectively, ensuring to make accurate forecast, manage supplies and meet monthly collections targets. Document value addition cases with customer and submit application case histories to marketing teamActively identify application opportunities across customer base and convert into ACE pipelineResponsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the distributors within the responsible areaConducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamicsTraveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessitiesActively participating in regular alignment meetings with regional and global teams. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Chemistry departments. 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the chemical or Automotive IndustryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management. Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges. A valid driver's license is required, along with flexibility for travel.
