It is the largest organization at Graitec and is articulated around:The Countries: on the field to offer the best solutions which answer our customers’ needs.The Solutions lines: to promote our IP products.The Sales excellence team: in charge of improving our operations, replicating best practices, and making the whole sales organization more successful and productive.OverviewThe Sales Excellence Analyst (SEA) will be responsible for day-to-day activities that provide support, improve processes, reporting (Sales, Marketing & Services), coaching and develop teams by utilizing the CRM system. The SEA will also have an integral part of reporting, with a focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting to ensure accurate, timely and actionable insights for stakeholders. SEA will also serve as a key source for data analysis, report generation, and template design, supporting various teams in achieving their strategic objectives through robust data management and presentation. Some templates include but are not limited to, Forecasting, Dashboard (CRM and/or PowerBI), PowerPoint templates (updating/maintaining). SEA will also be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of resources. This role requires a desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology, research, and present findings to help business goals, with emphasis on CRM and prospect list building.You will report directly to the Sales Transformation & Excellence Director and will be part of the sales excellence organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective and efficient use of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) across Graitec North America (Sales, Marketing and Services).Serve as strategic partner to drive adoption, ongoing training, support, and engagement in CRM.Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance optimization.Provide front-end user support by addressing day-to-day requests and develop documentation and training to support usability and adoption.Develops new reports and maintains/enhances existing reports in CRM and/or Microsoft PowerBI.Gather data using CRM and other data-mining techniques.Assists data enrichment projects by leveraging third-party data providers.Compiling prospect lists and performing preliminary research utilizing on-line resource tools.Providing support and assistance across all go to market teams (sales, marketing & services) with data reporting and processes.Assist with lead creation with use of external data mining.Perform various data entry and other administrative dutiesQualifications2+ years in Sales Operations with proven track record of process implementation and problem solving.1+ years experience with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics preferred (building queries, dashboards, process documentation)Experience managing projects that work with multiple stakeholders and departments.Strong analytical & critical thinking ability.Expert in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel advanced.Proficient with Microsoft PowerBi.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain highly complex concepts in simple terms.Ability to effectively communicate with Executive Leadership team.Fluent in English & French.Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain highly complex concepts in simple terms.
