With a growing portfolio of international airline partnerships and travel products, we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and customer-centric services across the aviation and tourism sectors.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base and strengthening our presence in the Maldivian market.Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, agents, and customers to drive sales and achieve business targets. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for aviation, travel, and sales excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and airline partners.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting the company’s airline and travel services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional travel markets.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support decision-making.Work closely with the reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Participate in sales campaigns, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and performance data for management review.Qualifications &SkillsDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, or Business Management.IATA qualification will be given strong preference.1–3 years of experience in airline, GSA, or travel agency sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dhivehi.Strong presentation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with airline systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Why Join Airpark Maldives?Be part of a growing aviation and travel company with a strong industry reputation.Opportunity to represent leading international airlines and partners.Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Exposure to regional and international aviation operations.Equal Opportunity & Data ProtectionAirpark Maldives Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
