About The TeamBangkok and Greater Bangkok - office basedNorth/Northeast regions - any province basedJob DescriptionAcquire New Sellers: Source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.Maintain & Develop Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.Support Sellers: Assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.Manage Payments: Oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Monitor ADO: Track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.Industry Trend Analysis: Study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any fieldExperienced in sales, key account management or related fieldsCan travel to Bangkok office twice a monthAbility to work in a fast-paced or performance-driven environmentGood attitude and being optimistic
