Job Summary: We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The applicant for this position will be the focal point for communicating with potential individual customers to offer outdoor events and catering services, and will work to identify new business opportunities and promote customized solutions that meet customer needs.Responsibilities:Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set targets.Track the financial and operational performance of the company’s sales and provide regular reports to management.Developing Client Base: Seeking new opportunities to grow customers and attract new customers.Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers through continuous follow-up.Providing customized offers that meet customers’ needs based on their specific requirements for events and catering.Negotiating and Closing: Negotiating prices and contracts with potential customers to close deals.Providing accurate information about available offers and services provided by the company.Customer Relationship Management:Following up with customers after the sale is completed to ensure complete satisfaction and ensure that all their requirements are met.Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise in an efficient and prompt manner.Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with catering and production teams to ensure smooth execution of events and meet customer expectations.Coordinate with marketing team to enhance company presence in the market through promotional campaigns.Reporting: Prepare daily reports on sales activities and customer performance.Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and trends.Marketing and Event Participation:Participate in events and trade shows to promote company services.Promote company image and services through direct and indirect marketing strategies.Marketing and Event Participation: Participate in events and trade shows to promote company services.Promote company image and services through direct and indirect marketing strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.At least 2-3 years of sales experience.Proven sales experience in hospitality or catering industry.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.High communication skills and build good relationships with customers.Good knowledge of local market and customer needs in hospitality and catering.Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales programs.
