Sales Executive- Paints/Building Material

Position- Sales ExecutiveLocation-MozambiqueQualification- GraduateJob PurposePreferred Industry- Paints/Building MaterialTo drive sales growth by promoting and selling paint products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers while ensuring excellent customer service and market coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in assigned territories. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for decorative and industrial paints. Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and applicators. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control. Provide product demonstrations, handle customer queries, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and submit regular sales reports. Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and support. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Sales experience in paints, building materials, or FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
