Sales Executive

We are seeking an outstanding, sales-driven hunter to join us as a Sales Executive in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.As a sales executive, you will perform sales activities within the assigned geographic area in line with the sales targets, objectives (SME) and budget. You will be responsible for client acquisition, raising awareness and ensuring continued and new businesses in the assigned market. You will be identifying market needs and developing new services in cooperation with our Sales Directors and business development colleagues within the group. You are hands-on and prepare quotations and follow-up offers in cooperation with the operations department.In this role, you will be entrusted with the following key tasks and responsibilities:Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales regionExecute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales targetsPropose a sales plan (SME)Develop business with the assigned targets, existing customers and new customersAssure successful account integration to operation, product, trade and customer serviceAdvise customers, listen actively and thus significantly increase the success rates and optimize cost of salesShare information using internal reporting tool and following communication rulesAssure compliance with the sales processPrepare quotations and follow-up offers in cooperation with the purchasing and operations departmentsCare and focus on customers, build up and maintain in a naturally way relationshipsExcellent skills in negotiation and persuasion, presentation as well as problem-solving and decision-makingDo you speak the language of a freight forwarder and want to contribute to a company that offers you opportunities for further development?
