Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surabaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting AutoKirim’s services to businesses and individuals. Daily tasks include presenting services to prospective clients, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the team to strategize on growth initiatives and market opportunities. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to address customer needs effectively. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proven ability in sales and meeting targets, with experience in client relationship management.Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify potential market opportunities.Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.Experience in logistics or e-commerce sectors is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
