Our technology supports businesses in scaling operations faster, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Opener) to join our growing sales team.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting, lead generation, and initial outreach to potential clients through cold calling.Engage decision-makers, present the value of the product, and qualify opportunities for our senior closers.Manage and update leads through CRM systems and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Follow up with prospects and assist in nurturing relationships until deal closure.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.Track outreach metrics and meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.This is a performance-driven position — successful Openers will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Closer role within a set time frame based on results.Requirements:3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.Proven ability to initiate conversations and engage decision-makers (ideally in SaaS or tech sectors).Strong understanding of Dialer and CRM tools.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.CPU: min 4000 score AMD/i5 8th generation or higher with min 8 GB RAM, Windows 11Ability to work 8-hour shifts 5 days a week in EST. Shifts 9am - 5pm EST.Great command of English Language.Willingness to learn and grow.Compensation: $1000 USD fixed pay.Bonus: Up to USD 1000 per month.
