Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Premium Chocolate Industry

Job Description

Role Objective:Drive new business growth by acquiring clients across retail, corporate, and hospitality segments for our premium chocolate products.Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of B2B clients (corporates, hotels, restaurants, event companies, retailers).Pitch company’s premium chocolate range to potential clients and convert them into long-term accounts.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Manage client negotiations, contracts, and closing of deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.Requirements:2–6 years of proven sales/business development experience (preferably in chocolates, confectionery, FMCG, or premium food & beverage).Strong hunter mentality – ability to identify, pursue, and close new clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Existing client connections in corporate gifting, HoReCa (hotels/restaurants/cafés), or retail is a strong advantage.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Salary -AED-12,000-15,000 +Commission
