JIAYUE GROUP – A leading enterprise in the field of plastic chemicals/raw plastic materials, is seeking talented individuals to join our passionate sales team in Vietnam.If you are an experienced professional, passionate about achieving sales targets, and eager to build a solid career in a dynamic international environment, this is the opportunity for you!Job Description:Research, develop, and maintain sustainable relationships with customers (including manufacturing plants, distributors, trading companies, etc.) in the Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) virgin plastic industry in the Vietnam market.Provide consultation and introduce the Group's distributed products, including virgin plastic originating from China, as well as virgin plastic products from the Middle East, India, and other markets re-exported from China.Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets of 2,000 - 3,000 tons/month.Negotiate, close deals, and be responsible for completing deliveries, payments, and assigned sales targets.Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and propose effective business strategies.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales, delivery, logistics, and customer support processes.Report periodic business results to management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development position within the plastic chemical, raw plastic material, or related industrial sectors.Good command of English for effective communication in an international environment.Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) is a significant advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Dynamic, enthusiastic, capable of working independently and under high pressure.Willingness to travel for business as required.Benefits & Welfare:Attractive remuneration package: Including a competitive fixed salary and performance-based commission (based on sales/profit), clearly transparent.
