Our technology enables companies to transform their customer experience — replacing repetitive manual interactions with data-driven, human-like automation that boosts productivity and revenue. We are expanding our global sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Closer) who can convert warm, qualified leads into long-term customers.Role OverviewAs a Sales Manager (Closer) at CLAI, you’ll take over qualified demo appointments and lead prospects through the consultative sales process — from needs discovery to product demo to closing the deal. You will be the face of CLAI to high-value prospects, presenting how our AI solutions can solve their operational challenges and scale their business.Key responsibilitiesConduct product demos and customized presentations for qualified leads (SMB to mid-market).Manage the full closing cycle — from discovery to contract signature.Collaborate closely with the Sales Openers and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead hand-off.Identify client pain points and articulate how CLAI’s AI technology provides measurable ROI.Negotiate pricing, proposals, and subscription terms within company guidelines.Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.Provide market feedback to leadership to improve sales scripts, materials, and product positioning.Minimum Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in SaaS closing roles, B2B sales, or tech sales.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in tech, software, or automation solutions.Experience selling to decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, Operations Leads, or IT heads).Strong presentation skills for both live and virtual demos (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).Solid understanding of consultative or solution-based selling.CompensationBase Salary: $3000 USD fixedCommission: Uncapped — performance-based, with high earning potentialWhy Join UsBe part of a fast-growing AI company reshaping how businesses communicate.High-growth, performance-driven environment with global exposure.Fully remote, flexible work structure.Real opportunity to grow into Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director roles as we scale.
