Sales Executive (Coworking Space)

About the RoleTINI Coworking is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive of our coworking space to join our growing team. You will play a key role in connecting individuals and businesses with the ideal coworking and office solutions.This is a great opportunity for those who want to develop their career in sales, real estate, or workspace management in a professional and youthful environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients to introduce TINI Coworking’s spaces and services.Conduct tours, understand client needs, and propose suitable workspace solutions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.Requirements: At least 6 months of experience working in service-related fields.Experience in sales, coworking spaces, or office leasing is preferred.Good English communication skills (verbal and written).Confident, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively.Benefits Competitive income: 8 – 10 million (base salary) + sales commission (Total income 12 - 18 million).Meal allowance and company-provided laptop for daily work.Comprehensive onboarding and sales training.Opportunities for career development in a growing coworking brand.Friendly, youthful, and collaborative work environmentWorking ConditionsLocation: 152 Vo Van Kiet, Ben Thanh District, HCMCWorking hours: Monday – Friday, office hoursEmail: hr.ect@tinigroup.vn
