We offer a full suite of coffee machines, grinders, coffee technology, and specialty beans to cafes, hotels, offices, and institutions. caffeinesolutions.sgWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Prospect, cold-call, and identify new B2B opportunities in the F&B, HORECA, corporate & institutional sectors for machines, beans, and related equipmentDrive full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close deals, and hand over to operations/installation teamsManage and grow relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. owners, operations managers, procurement)Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline progress to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For (Requirements)Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in coffee machines, F&B equipment, or HORECA suppliesStrong knowledge or exposure to coffee machines, grinders, bean supply, or related consumablesTrack record of consistently hitting or overachieving sales quotasExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-starter, results-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
