Job Summary:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base and contributing directly to revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to offer tailored logistics solutions while staying ahead of market trends and competition.Key Result Areas (KRAs):● Sales Pipeline Development – Build and manage a healthy pipeline from lead generation to deal closure● Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence – Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and explore new business opportunities● Revenue Growth & Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsKey Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales and networking to generate leadsMandarin speaker preferred (fluency not required)Present service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clientsNegotiate contracts and pricing aligned with company goalsCollaborate with operations for seamless customer onboarding and satisfactionRequirements:1+ years of fulfillment and B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwardingStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyFamiliarity with WH fulfillment
