Job Description

Your responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge.Create a unique shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome.Build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks.Be an ambassador of the Harry Winston House at all times.Participate in pre-selling events.Reach and surpass the sales targets.Support the team and be actively involved in the daily running of the Salon (ensuring proper presentation, storing, etc.).Execute day-to-day visual merchandising, maintenance of displays and reportingYour profile:Strong luxury retail and jewelry and timepiece experienceStrong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stonesVery high level of intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn and growBachelor degree is a plusGraduate Gemologist is a plusStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work as a team playerComputer literacyFlexible to retail working hoursFluent in German and EnglishSwiss-German and additional foreign languages are a plusActivity rate: 100%Starting date: As soon as possibleWorkplace: Zurich
