Job Description

The Sales Executive role at VALONA is the crucial bridge between our advanced industrial adhesive products and B2B clients. You will function as a technical consultant, diagnosing customer application needs during field visits and designing specialized adhesive solutions, directly driving revenue and global market expansion.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive Revenue & Market Expansion: Aggressively penetrate new industrial markets, prospect for high-potential B2B clients, and execute the full sales cycle—from generating quotations to skillfully negotiating contracts—to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Technical Solution Delivery: Conduct frequent on-site visits to client facilities to thoroughly diagnose complex application challenges. Design and propose precise adhesive solutions, ensuring our products are correctly integrated and deliver optimal technical performance within the client's manufacturing process.Strategic Account & Financial Ownership: Cultivate and deepen long-term customer partnerships. Assume full ownership of commercial documentation, coordinate timely product delivery, and rigorously manage on-time debt collection to maintain healthy financial accounts.System Compliance & Reporting: Maintain absolute data accuracy by meticulously logging all sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM and DMS systems. Deliver concise daily and weekly performance reports to the Head of Department for actionable strategic review.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial context.College or University Degree, with a strong preference for Polymer Chemistry or a related technical field.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are mandatory.Ability to read and fully understand English technical documents.Highly responsible, honest, and strong capacity for teamwork and independent working.Must enjoy traveling and frequent business trips required for field sales activities.*Benefits: Competitive compensation includes a base salary of 12–18M VND/month (gross), plus performance-based Sales Bonuses. Guaranteed 13th-month pay, biannual reviews, social insurance, and an annual company trip with two Saturdays off per month.
