This role is heavily focused on prospecting, managing multiple opportunities at various stages, and building long-term relationships with school district leaders. Candidates must have a strong personal brand and deep connections within the education sector, especially with super intendents, business officials, and facilities teams, facilities teams. While technical expertise isn’t required, a solid understanding of building systems and the ability to coordinate with internal engineering and construction teams is essential. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and adaptable, capable of setting schedules and driving results in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
