We are a manufacturing company specializing in offset printing, packaging, paper bags, corrugated boxes, and high-quality food packaging. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate B2B Sales Executive to grow together with us. ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market, particularly in packaging and paper bags (F&B, Cosmetics, Retail, FMCG, etc.).Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries (e.g., F&B, retail, e-commerce, printing, and manufacturing).Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client requirements.QualificationsEducation: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experienceStrong negotiation and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Understanding of the offset printing industry is a strong advantage.Highly disciplined in reporting, follow-ups, and customer acquisition.Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills
