We are looking for a candidate who can support the Area Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new, existing and specified potential customers through utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques. Through the work, strong customer relationships will be developed to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.By engaging with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and implementing targeted strategies, the position aims to strengthen Jotun’s presence and enhance market performance. This involves aligning business objectives with local market dynamics to ensure sustainable expansion and profitability.This position is based in Yemen and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager – Decorative Segment – Middle East in Jotun MENA, based in Dubai – UAE.ResponsibilitiesActively promote Jotun’s Decorative product range and innovation products by planning and executing effective on-ground marketing activities and campaigns to achieve or exceed the sales budget.Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and project customers by providing high-quality service and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.Conduct regular market mapping and area development activities with the supervisor to identify new opportunities, potential customers, and untapped segments within the assigned territory.Collaborate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure timely deliveries, proper documentation, and excellent customer experience.Ensure optimal product assortment across all dealers and retail outlets in line with company strategy.
