Company Description.Kasagala Planation company - Colombo. We are selling investment plan. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Colombo, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and pitching products or services, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and contributing to marketing strategies to generate revenue growth. QualificationsStrong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and CRM tools is a plus.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.Previous sales experience in the agricultural or plantation industry is advantageous.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
