The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be required to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and present products or services to potential clients. They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and providing customer feedback to improve products and services.Qualifications1– 5 years of experience in sales, business developmentSkilled in identifying prospects, generating leads, and maintaining client relationshipsAble to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint comfortablyExcellent interpersonal skills and a team collaboration mindset.Must live on the islandHas the drive and willingness to sell Can communicate clearly and confidently Knows how to prospect and build strong networks (Bonus) Has experience in real estate, that's a big plus!
