A fast-growing logistics technology company is looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our commercial team. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s growth while delivering meaningful impact to clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and convert prospective shippers into long-term partnersPresent the company’s logistics tech platform to decision-makersManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signingPrepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreementsCoordinate with operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery and payment processesMeet and exceed revenue, volume, and partnership acquisition targetsQualifications:Min. 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development (logistics industry preferred)Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling skillsBachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentationComfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environmentCandidates with existing networks or connections in the logistics industry are highly encouraged to applyBased in Jakarta and open to field visits
