Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to grow ocean freight business and achieve revenue targets.Identify, approach, and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to understand client logistics needs and propose customized solutions.Prepare quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals for ocean freight services.Collaborate closely with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business development strategies.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.Represent LX Pantos professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry networking events.Candidate Requirements:More than 3 years of experience in Sales functions.Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in 3PL, logistics, or ocean freight forwarding.Proven success in business development, key account management, or client acquisition in the freight industry.Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and ocean cargo operations.Knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes, including pricing, tendering, and documentation.English with strong verbal and written communication skills.High initiative, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
