Job Description

• Identify and target potential customers in assigned sectors (IT, Industrial, Corporate, Trading, Retail, etc.).• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, online platforms, and referrals.• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Present and promote OrbTech Arabia’s services, such as:- IT Infrastructure (CCTV, Fiber, Structured Cabling, PBX, Firewalls)- Cybersecurity Compliance (Saudi Aramco & SABIC)- ORBIZ ERP, POS, and other IT Solutions- Solar Power Energy Solutions etc• Followup regarding quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.. Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers.• Manage your own client accounts (newly acquired customers).• Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.• Follow up on approvals, purchase orders, and payments.• Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, project planning, and execution.• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets.• Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and visit reports.
